ORDERING PROCESS:
- In comments during checkout, please indicate text you wish to appear, as you wish it to appear (i.e. if you want a name/word in all caps, write it out in all caps). Please be as specific as possible to ensure we can get you the perfect design with minimal revisions.
- If there is a graphic you would like to have on the glass, please email the file (JPEG, SVG, DXF, or GIF) to info [!at] jandjdesignz.com with your Etsy order #. Please also indicate in your checkout comments that you are sending a graphic file so we can be on the lookout.
- You will receive a proof of your order sent to the email used in your order within 2 business days (Mon - Fri). Approval of proof is required before your order is produced. Your glasses will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/DAMAGE
- Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval is received.
- Returns/exchanges are not available on personalized products.
- All of our orders are shipped insured. We take extra care to ensure all of our items are shipped
securely. In the event of shipping damage, you are responsible for notifying us within 5 days of
receipt. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise.
- We will assist in filing the insurance claim, however we may require your assistance in providing the
insurer additional information/photos. We will replace your order or issue a refund (your choice) upon
completion of the insurance submission.
- We are extraordinarily careful to ensure what you order is what you receive. In the event there is an
error on our part on your item, we will replace it at no cost to you (including shipping of the new item).
