REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS - We refund 50% of the purchase price + shipping after design proofs are sent since the custom design is part of the price. - You cannot cancel/make changes and no refunds are given after you approve the design. We work very quickly after approval - contact us within 30 days if there is a problem with your order. We cannot provide replacements after 30 days. - PLEASE check your emails and Etsy Convo for the design proof. If we don't receive a response your order will be produced as is, and there will be a 1-2 week delay. No changes or refunds will be given once we have created your stamp due to lack of communication on your end. Etsy requires us to meet the stated deadlines so we have to send the stamp in time

- Combined shipping for more than 1 order purchased at the same time is available for a small additional fee. Please note that combined shipping is for ONE shipping address only. If you purchase more than 1 product at the same time with combined shipping and would like those to be shipped to different addresses then this will incur an additional shipping fee based on the shipping address. - Orders ship out the next business day if you approve the design before 5pm PST - please make sure that your shipping address is current and correct. You can not change the shipping address after you approve the design. - we can only ship to an alternate address within the same country as your shipping address at the time of your order

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM PST. We answer mail and send design proofs during weekends too, but business hours are variable.

I didn't receive my order but the tracking ID says it was delivered

Once the tracking ID indicates that an order was delivered, we can not remake/reship the item free of charge. The package can most often be found on the side of the house, dropped off at the neighbors, or it is available for pick up at the post office if nobody was around to receive the package. In the rare circumstance that it is missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier. To file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

I'd give an extra star for customer service if I was able to do so. My stamp was lost in transit (thanks post office) and Petra went above and beyond to help me track down the stamp. In the end, my stamp didn't fit in my mailbox and my postal worker didn't want to walk it up to my door. The stamp was adorable and great quality. My student teacher loved her stamp as she begins to collect books for her own classroom. I will be ordering again in the future.
