This will slow down the process but may not fully prevent it. In your order we have also as a free gift supplied you with a anti tarnish storage pouch.

My order says it’s been delivered but I didn’t receive it, what do I do?

Take your tracking number to your local post office and have them do a geolocation on your package. This tracking will show where it was delivered. Please understand we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist you to the best of our ability.

1) Tracking on free/letter mail shipped stickers orders IS not through usps. It is through Pitney Bows, a 3rd party company. It is transported through usps. It is up to usps to scan the envelopes and sometimes they do not at all. It will not show up on usps.com.
