What could be the reason for my download being in the format of a text file or PDF?

Certain products in my shop surpass the file size limit set by Etsy. As a result, those specific items are stored externally on Google Drive. When you download from Etsy, you will receive a link directing you to your actual product on Google Drive. If you prefer not to utilize Google Drive, kindly reach out to me, and I will gladly upload the files to an alternative transfer service like Dropbox, etc. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I am here to accommodate your preferences.

Is it possible to receive a refund for my order?

I would be more than happy to process a refund and cancel your order, provided that the files have not been downloaded yet. However, please note that due to the nature of digital products, once the files have been downloaded, returns are not applicable. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me, and I want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the graphics, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I am here to assist you and address any inquiries you may have.

Am I permitted to incorporate your images into digital scrapbooking kits or rebrand them for use in other digital kits?

The usage of the images is restricted to flattened, finalized designs or products intended for non-creative use by your customers. Digital scrapbooking kits and scrapkits fall under the category of design resources. However, you are welcome to incorporate the images into various digital products such as invitations, calendars, art prints, planner stickers, printable party decor and games, logos, and branding materials. If you have a specific product in mind but are uncertain about the usage terms, please feel free to reach out to me via message. I'm here to provide clarification and address any questions you may have.

After incorporating your images into my own textures, I would like to understand the reason behind the restriction on distributing or selling them. Could you please provide clarification on the usage limitations?

In order to sell or distribute your work that includes my images, it is essential that it is presented as a fully completed design or product rather than a design resource. Creating "new" clipart or textures by combining images or textures and offering them for sale or free is not permitted. If you require further clarification on distinguishing between a design resource and a finished product, please feel free to contact me via message. I'm here to assist you and provide the necessary guidance.

Do you do custom work, logos or exclusive designs?
