The Cart Cover is a fabric product that protects your child from the germs found on grocery cart handles and seats. The Cart Cover is held to the cart with Velcro and there is also a place for a safety belt to thread through the openings in the back of the seat area to hold your child to the cart. There are also leg flaps to protect little legs and these also secure The Cart Cover when rolled up between outings. The Cart Cover is suggested for children 6 months to 3 years old.

This product is easy to sew. The edges are serged or covered with bias tape, the places for the velcro and buttonholes for the safety belt are marked on the diagrams and the instructions are easy to follow. Finished size is 43-1/2" x 21-1/4".

Supplies Needed:
Fabric - Quilted panel or 5/8 yd double-sided quilted fabric
Hook & Loop Tape (Velcro) - 27" hook and 18" loop
Ribbon - 1 yd of 7/8" grosgrain
Belt Webbing - 1 yd of 1" wide webbing for safety belt
Side-release Parachute buckle - 1 - 1" wide for safety belt

After reading through it a few times I was able to u detest and everything. More photos would be incredibly helpful. All the edges need binding so be prepared for that at the end! Thanks for the pattern, it’s perfect for my son!
