♥ WHAT WILL I RECEIVE??

You will receive DIGITAL FILES (PDF & JPEG) only. NO PHYSICAL ITEMS will be shipped. You will receive high resolution PDF and JPEG files, 300 ppi in CMYK color mode. Each file includes the BLEED area for printing (0.125" or 3mm on each side). For example, Size for Invitation; Full Bleed Size: 5.25" x 7.25" Card Trim Size: 5" x 7" I can provide .TIFF file and can put 2 per sheet or 4 per sheet upon request. You will only receive the finished file. I don't provide the complete layered files, elements file used on design, only background image without text, only vector files, editable PSD or Ai files to prevent any re-selling, sharing, forwarding or distributing of my design.

♥ CAN YOU CHANGE THIS DESIGN INTO OTHER EVENT INVITATION ??

I can change the design to be invitation for bridal shower, wedding shower, baby shower, birthday party, sweet 16, anniversary celebration, fund raising, prom or any event invitation. Wording can be customized without additional charge. Please let me know all requirements of the customization before placing order.

♥ CAN I ORDER THE SAMPLE??

I'm sorry currently I don't do a sample for both Hard copy sample and Digital sample. I normally send the digital proof after I got the payment for the order and I'll make unlimited changes on the proof until you love it.

♥ FOR CARD I recommend you to use the WHITE card stock to get the accurate colors as all colors come from the printer. If you use the cream card stock or colored card stock, the color will be changed. The thickness of paper I would recommend is at least 240 gsm or 110 lbs. The thickness of paper depends on your preference. ♥ FOR SIGN I recommend you to print sign at the professional printer shop or online printing on the WHITE paper, poster or foam board to get the accurate colors. All colors (including chalkboard background) will be printed out together.

♥ CAN I PRINT IT IN MULTIPLE SIZE??

No, I would not recommend using the same file to print out as multiple size. If you need it in different sizes, you will need the separate files because files should be set up in the correct size so it will not be shrunken, cut off or extended when printed. That could make it pixelated or disproportion. In that case, there will be surcharge for the 2nd version files $10 USD. Design will be the same. Please ensure to order the correct size as there will be surcharge for re-sizing after I sent the final files.

♥ CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE DESIGN??

MAP will be customized to your locations' area or your story timeline. Colors and fonts can be customized. I will use the font I have that looks similar to your font if I don't have it. For Bar menu and destination wedding invitation; Without additional charge, I will make unlimited changes for wording and text position ONLY FOR THE SAME DESIGN WE STARTED. Any changes to Fonts, Colors, Size, Graphics and Changing from horizontal to vertical and vice versa would cost additional charge. ($7 or more depending on the complexity of work to be done). Additional charge will be one-time charged for the same kind of changes and I will continue proofing until you are pleased. Please contact me before placing order.
