An ORIGINAL painting of Kingfisher in silhouette format

Kingfishers are easily recognised birds, with a very obvious outline image. I have used this shape to create a negative style painting of the bird, which is filled with dragonflies, the larvae of which it sometimes eats! A fun project, which would brighten any wall.

Paper size 31 cm x 23 cm or 12.2'' x 9.1''

Packaging & Materials
The painting will be carefully wrapped in cellophane and protected with additional packing. Likewise, I aim for my originals to arrive with you in the same condition that they left me. I use the Royal Mail’s posting services and will ship first class mail in the UK. Standard air mail will be used for any paintings going overseas.

A bit about me!
I am a full time professional artist based in North Devon in the United Kingdom. I specialise in wildlife - animals, birds, insects, pets etc. I love to capture the life within my paintings and enjoy the process of working with the watercolour medium to create fine detail. I am continually adding to my portfolio, and many of my paintings are available as tutorials - both written and video.
