Do you print the bingo cards and send them to me?

All items in this shop are digital. Therefore, no physical items will be shipped to you.

Are all of the bingo cards different?

Yes. Each card within a bingo set is indeed unique. However, let's say if you have previously bought a small 5-card set and then purchase the same bingo in larger 50-card set, there will be some duplicates between the two sets. There are potential duplicates across different set bundles. Rest assured, within one set, all cards are different and unique. This is because we create these smaller sets by taking cards from the larger card sets. If you want to test out our cards before buying a big set, we offer starter packs for each series or topic.

Do you accept bingo customization?

We're sorry. We don't take on any custom work at this time. However, we do consider any suggestion for the bingo topics.

The marking chips are too big for the 5"x7" bingo cards. What should I do?

The marking chips are created for the bingo cards of 8.5x11 inches in size. For the bingo cards of 5x7 inches, you need to change the printing setting so that you can print 2 pages of the Marking Chips in 1 sheet of paper. Kindly message us if you still have problem figuring it out.

I need the bingo cards in 5"x7" size. Can you provide for me?

Most of our recent bingo sets and templates are currently designed in US letter size (8.5" x 11"). You can adjust your printing settings to print 2-cards per sheet. While it won't be an exact 5"x7" size, it should come close to your desired dimensions.

I have trouble editing the bingo template. What should I do?

How do I download my file(s)?

You have immediate access to the file(s) right after purchase. Etsy will send the download link to your email. We highly recommend downloading your file(s) on a larger device, such as a tablet, laptop, or desktop, so you can get a clearer view of the file(s) you’ve purchased. You can also access your file(s) through your Etsy dashboard: 1. Log in to your Etsy account. 2. Click on your profile. 3. Select Purchases and Reviews. 4. Locate your order and click Download.
