This is my 3rd time ordering from them and all I can say is they never disappoint. Everything was beautiful. I would just say order a week before you would plan to. The shipping was off about a week due to something they can’t control. I’m very happy with my purchase and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Meghan Jan 19, 2026

The item turned out almost exactly as I wanted. I wish it were a tiny bit bigger so you could see what is written a little better, but I think I requested more letters than usual. I was disappointed with the shipping speed as it was almost a week late from the last listed shipping date, but the seller was great and offered me money back!

Response from Julia

Thank you so much for your detailed review and for sharing a photo — we really appreciate it! All item sizes are listed in the product description Regarding shipping — we’re very sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, this particular order was held up at customs, which is outside of our control. We always do our best to support our customers in such cases, and we’re glad we could offer a partial refund. Thank you again for your understanding and kind words — it truly means a lot to us

Sherri Oct 31, 2025

I should have looked at dimensions more closely. Was expecting something twice as big.

Sherri Oct 31, 2025

Response from Julia

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you liked the car, though we’re sorry to hear it was smaller than expected. The exact dimensions are listed in the description to help customers choose the right size, but we completely understand how photos can sometimes make items look larger. We hope the little one still enjoys playing with it!
