• Due to the print being added, we strongly recommend that if these are given to small children, they are supervised at all times.
• We at Thunder Lizard don’t advise these toys for anyone under the age of 3.
• They are made with the intention of being used as a keep sake, therefore if you are buying this for a child, please do not allow them to pick at the vinyl.
• The vinyl is fused to the fabric using a heat press, it is very strong and durable. You will get a slightly raised feel, It has been tested by ourselves, and we know that it is extremely hard to remove. We have even washed and tumbled dried the items and still the vinyl does not come off.
• Instructions for these plush toys do state hand wash only, so washing and tumble drying this comes at your own risk. Vinyl being re exposed to heat could cause it to stretch

You’re welcome to modify your order, just let me know as soon as possible. Once personalisation is done, I can’t undo it or issue a refund.

If you need to cancel, please do so quickly. Once I’ve started or completed a personalised item, I can’t offer a refund.

Please double-check spelling, grammar, and punctuation before submitting your personalisation. I’ll copy and paste exactly what you provide. If a name is in ALL CAPITALS, that’s how it’ll appear on your item.

Returns Policy

Personalised items
Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, returns are not accepted unless there is a fault or an error on my part. If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) if an item is faulty. However, as the seller, I’m entitled to request evidence of the fault, such as a photo or video, or ask for the item to be returned for inspection.
If a fault is confirmed, I will arrange and cover the cost of the return.

Non-Personalised Items
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item
• Return the item within 30 days, in its original, unused and unworn condition
• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns
• If a fault is confirmed, I will arrange and cover the cost of the return
• If you ordered multiple items, delivery costs will be refunded proportionately.

Dispatch Times
Please check dispatch and estimated delivery dates before ordering. Look at the latest possible delivery date shown at checkout and make sure it works for your timeline. If you need your item by a specific date, message me first to confirm I can accommodate it. Kindly don’t order and then request a rush.

Delivery
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, so your parcel is traceable every step of the way.

Please note: The delivery speed you choose applies after dispatch. Tracked 24 arrives faster once posted, but it doesn’t shorten the dispatch time. I’ll still prepare your item within the stated time frame.
