Gold filled jewellery is different from gold plated jewellery. It looks and feels like solid gold and lasts much longer than gold plated jewellery. Gold-filled is absolutely your best option after solid gold for quality and durability. It is long lasting and offers a great option for people with sensitive skin.

TO MEASURE THE LENGTH OF YOUR NECKLACE: 1. Take a piece of string. 2. Wrap it around your neck exactly where you want your necklace to sit, mark it. 3. Stretch the string and measure it with the ruler. 4. The number you get is the length of necklace you should order. TO MEASURE THE LENGTH OF YOUR BRACELET: 1. Take a piece of string. 2. Wrap it TIGHTLY around your wrist exactly where you want your bracelet to sit, mark it. 3. Stretch the string and measure it with the ruler. 4. The number you get is the length of bracelet you should order. 5. If your measurements fall in between the sizes, please size down. You will be able to adjust the fit of your bracelet with a bracelet extender.

It's how you care for your jewellery that determines the longevity of each piece. The main principle that must be observed – the LAST to DRESS, the FIRST to REMOVE! JEWELLERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Avoid direct contact with body lotion, sunscreen, perfume or any other substances that could directly affect your jewellery. Let any lotion you apply fully soak in before putting on your jewellery. 2. Remove your jewellery before showering, using pool, swimming, heavy physical activity or sleeping. 3. DO NOT STORE THE JEWELLERY IN YOUR GIFT BOX. When not in use, keep your jewellery in a small air tight zip lock bag to avoid tarnishing. 5. Clean your sterling silver jewellery regularly to restore its shine and increase its durability.

All jewellery is placed in the branded AIR+EARTH jewellery boxes, which is a great option for gift giving. You can also choose a gift wrapping option at the checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to hygienic reasons all sales are final. Custom made orders - all sales are final. However: 1. I will happily accept a return, if I made a mistake with your order. 2. I will happily replace or refund items, if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact me on the day of receiving your goods or no later than 3 days after receiving your order. You must provide a photo for proof of damage. 3. Please note, as all jewellery is delicate and requires being treated with care, I am unable to cover damages or changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear and/or rough handling. 4. Please note, original shipping charges for refund returns are non-refundable.

1. All orders are posted via Australia Post and include a tracking number. 2. AIR+EARTH is not responsible for packages that disappear after delivery to the address on the label. The buyer is responsible to provide a safe delivery place and it is the buyer’s responsibility to report any delivery issues or potential theft to their local PO and their local police department. 3. AIR+EARTH is not responsible for postal delays and/or any other delivery issues that are out of the seller's control.

Please note that all customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If an order is returned to sender due to unpaid taxes or duties: 1. The parcel will not be automatically re-shipped. 2. Buyers who wish to have the order resent must contact AIR + EARTH and pay for shipping again. ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE USA will INCLUDE any applicable tariffs and import fees in the price shown at checkout. There will be no extra charges on delivery.

Any parcels that are returned to our shipping carriers as “Return to Sender” will not be automatically re-shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. Please note that we do not issue replacements or refunds for parcels returned under the following circumstances: 1. The shipping address supplied was incorrect or incomplete. 2. The parcel was not collected or accepted following a delivery attempt. This policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
