This candy box is approximately 12.25" in diameter and 4" tall. The entire surface of the box is crafted with a food-safe finish.
The box is available with the following lids:
- Walnut (straight grain)
- Figured Walnut
- Figured Birdseye Maple
As this is a hand made product, please allow up to 3% margin of error in the above dimensions.
=== Care & Maintenance ===
Our food-contact wood products are carefully handcrafted with a food safe oil finish. We recommend a regular application of our Wood and Cutting Board Oil, or as you notice the coloration of the wood start to get noticeably lighter than when you initially received it. With proper care, our products will last forever. For a more durable finish, or for more heavy duty use, consider a regular application of our cutting board conditioner as well. The oil and conditioner is available separately in our Etsy shop.
Care tips:
- Do NOT use a dishwasher - hand wash only
- Clean by gently scrubbing with warm water
- Allow to air dry in a dry space; if this is not possible, use a towel and pat it dry as much as possible
- Avoid soap as it may dry up the wood; when soap is used, reapply cutting board oil and/or conditioner to keep the wood from drying out
