Message:Hi there, I am writing to request a full refund for my recent purchase of the file "Ironman STL figure for 3D printing ". After inspecting and attempting to print the file, I found that it is severely below the standard shown in your product listing. The actual 3D model is extremely rough and lacks the detail presented in your renders. It appears to be a low-quality mesh that does not match the advertised images. Furthermore, the file is functionally unusable for actual printing. The geometry is poor, and the parts do not fit/function as intended. I feel misled by the product description and images, as the file I received is completely different from what was promised. Please process a refund immediately. I can provide screenshots of the wireframe/mesh to prove the quality issues if needed. Regards, Yongyuth
