Exclusive Imagery: The artwork featured on our signs, created using AI Art, is exclusive to our shop. We strictly do not grant rights to our images to any individual or company. If you encounter our designs elsewhere, please know they are unauthorized copies.

Please Note: Aside from the 3-inch option with a hole, no other signs come with pre-drilled holes or hanging brackets. We recommend using cable mounts for wreaths or, for art display, utilizing an inexpensive plate stand (available at most major retailers).

✈️ Shipping, Damage, and Policy Information
We work diligently, seven days a week, to create and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers: Signs are shipped via USPS First-Class mail (or if we ship a wreath, which goes via FedEx).

Delivery Times: Once a package is transferred to USPS or FedEx, we cannot control or guarantee their delivery schedule. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Damage Policy: Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will promptly create and ship a replacement sign at no additional cost only if you supply photographic evidence of Damage.

Strict Return Policy: Since all signs are custom, made-to-order items, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before submitting your order.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process a cancellation only if we have not yet begun production of your sign.

Post Office Lost or Missing Packages
Please read our updated policy regarding shipping issues:

No Manual Replacements: We no longer manually replace packages that are lost or not received by the Post Office.

If Marked "Delivered" but Missing: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have the item, please file a claim through the Etsy Buyer Protection Program to receive a full refund.

If Your Package is Lost in Transit: We will initiate a "Missing Mail Search" with the carrier to help locate and redirect the package to you.

Extended Delays: If the package is not located or delivered within a few days of our search request, we will ask you to file an Etsy Buyer Protection claim.
