Many of our digital products are delivered as a .ZIP file. The .ZIP contains a folder with multiple files inside. Most computers come with software that can unzip, or extract, a .ZIP file just by double clicking on it. Some computers don't have such software, so you'll have to make sure you have by downloading it from the Internet. If you don't unzip, or extract, the .ZIP file, you won't be able to access the files that you have purchased and which are inside of the .ZIP file.

May I return a digital item?

How do I use a coupon code during a sale?

Etsy has set up coupon codes so that they will not work with sale items unless the coupon code is for a bigger discount than the sale. Etsy automatically chooses the larger discount.

Can you email me my digital files?

The digital files that you purchase from KB and Friends are available for download only via the Etsy website. We are unable to email the files to customers.

Can you re-send the download link to the digital files I purchase?

We're sorry, but Etsy sends an automated email with the download link to customers after their payment is processed. We have no ability to re-send that email. Before you buy, please make sure that your email address is correct. If you have not received the email, you may download the files you purchased directly from your Etsy account.

Here is what you need to know about this adorable set of ABC flash cards:

∎ Delivered as two digital, downloadable ZIP files that you must unzip or extract, or, alternatively, as PDF files. You will not receive any physical product in the mail.

∎ Each ZIP file and each PDF contains all 26 letters of the alphabet, a front and back book cover, two inside book covers.

∎ One ZIP file includes all of the images in separate JPEG files. The other ZIP file lays out the cards on 8.5" by 11" files, two cards per file. That way, you can easily print them. One PDF is designed to print the images on 8.5" by 11" paper or card stock. The other PDF contains the individual 5" by 7" files.

∎ All images are in high-resolution.

∎ Cards and book covers measure 5" by 7" when printed at 300 dots per inch.

∎ Each flash card is distressed with a cream-colored background and illustrated with nostalgic, retro images.

∎ Each flash card has an uppercase and lowercase letter in cursive handwriting.

∎ Underneath the illustration is the corresponding word written in cursive handwriting.

We think these flash cards are especially versatile because each contains plenty of space for you to either add journaling or add a photo or both.

When using these graphics to make a book, consider gluing the covers onto chipboard, to make the front and back covers sturdier. We like to punch a couple of holes then use binder rings to hold the book together.
