- An annotation (note-taking) app is required to fully access the PDF- File once complete (ex. writing on the PDF- File, duplicating/copying pages, etc.) Please note: there is a page limit in canva, so it's best to duplicate/copy additional pages in the annotation app once all edits have been made (digital).

- A stylus for your iPad or tablet is required to write on the PDF- File once complete (digital).

- Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds or exchanges will be given. All sales are final.



Digital Download Instructions:

- Step 1: Immediately after purchasing you will receive an automated confirmation email for your reference (please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your primary folder). An error message may occur if you click on the “view your files on Etsy link” provided in the confirmation email, so it’s best to access your PDF File via web browser.

- Step 2: Once you’ve logged into Etsy via web browser (NOT THE APP), click on your profile picture to reveal the drop down menu (located in the top right corner, in between the notification bell and cart). Next, tap “purchases and reviews” and you’ll be directed to all of your orders.

- Step 3: Scroll down to your order from “Beauty Tribe.” You should see a “Delivered“ on the right hand side. Directly below it, will be a “Download Files“ button. Tap the “Download Files” button.

- Step 4: Click on the file(s) and open to access.

- Step 5: If you prefer to leave the template as is, save the printable PDF to your device, and upload/import the template onto your preferred note taking app to use digitally. To use the template manually, you can simply print at home or at a local print shop.

- Step 6: If you prefer to customize the template, follow the editable canva template link where you’ll then login or create a FREE canva account.

- Step 7: Begin editing the template on your PC, ipad, tablet, or mobile phone with ease!

- Step 8: Once you’ve customized the template to your liking, click share at the top right corner, and download your customized version as a PNG or PDF.

Step 9: Save the download to your device. Upload/import the customized template on your preferred note taking app OR share directly from your photos (PNG) or files (PDF) to open in your preferred note taking app.

Step 10: Begin using your customized template!

This is amazing and worth your money it looks exactly like the picture and you can customize it however you want it. It comes in handy keeping all the records for clients and also don’t put you through all the trouble to create your own consent forms.
