Now we can offer you personalized stained glass. You can choose any colour of glass you like. We can also engrave short text on the item. Please contact us to talk about the details.

Stained glass doesn't need any special treatment. You can use damp cloth to wipe the dust.

Our stained glass is packed with great carefulness. The applied material depends on the item. Every stained glass is wraped in bubble foil and Styrofoam. Bigger packages are placed additionally into wooden frame and thick cardboard box to reach the destinantion safely.
We usually don't wrap our stained glass in decorative paper because we do our best to assure the highest safety for the package.

Each of our product has it's own processing time. It's usually 1-7 buisness days. Processing time is the number of days we need to prepare your order. Everything we create in our workshop is absolutely 100% handmade, so it takes time to make an item. We can make our products asap but we cannot speed up the estimated shipping time. Please place your order in advance so you can get it on time.

We offer four shipping options:

1. Courier DPD

Sending via DPD only within the European Union. You can track your order but we need your phone number.

2. GlobalExpress - for packages up to 2kg

The fastest shipping method with the possibility of tracking order. Within the EU, North America and Australia.

3. Registered Mail

Registered Mail is the cheapest option for sending our stained glass worldwide. We use it for small mails.

4. Post Parcel Priority

This shipping method we use for sending bigger packages to the USA. We always use air mail ones.

Due to the pandemic situation the shipping time may also change.

Since 1.07.2022 we don't send to Germany regularly.

Because of the nature of stained glass, it sometimes may happend they arrive damaged or defective during transportation so you should write damage protocol with post officer and send us this information.

Please note that our stained glass is handmade of unique sheet of glass that's why it sometimes may little varies of colors each other.

Returns from the USA are possible, the buyer bears the shipping costs and the refund is reduced by customs fees.
