The jacket comes without lining, but it has carefully crafted bound seams. Bound seams are made by covering raw seams with a separate bias tape in order to prevent friction and fraying.

Great quality cardigan--I will probably enjoy it for the rest of my life and pass it on down to the next generation. The buttons were not sewn on as tightly as I like, so I did have to stitch over them, but otherwise it is wonderful! This shop was very responsive and prompt to reply to my questions about sizing. Overall, a great purchase!
