How do I download my digital files?

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and reviews section of your Etsy account. Ready-made files are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

Custom and personalized orders

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account

Custom and personalized orders

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ▸ All of our shirts are custom printed just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size ▸ Manufacturing errors such as items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. ▸If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size than ordered, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered. Returns ▸We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.

▸ Take a look at the photos to see a specific sizing chart for product style. ▸ Please note that most products are unisex size. ▸ For t-shirts they are not women’s fitted shirts. If you’re going for a more fitted look, we suggest sizing down. ▸ Lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart in the photos.
