Custom and personalized orders

As soon as I get a custom or personalized order I get right to work on it, my normal processing is less than 24 hours. Around the holidays it can get a little longer but never more than 72 hours! As soon as I get the order to the printers they begin printing and shipping. Turn around is typically fast and you will get your order within the week. Sometimes the shipper is backed up and it can take longer, hopefully that doesn't happen but we want to make you aware that it is a possibility.

All shirts are unisex and run true to size. Please refer to the sizing guide located in the photo section of each listing. For non-apparel items, size specifications will be indicated within the listing description.

For Apparel - Turn inside out and machine wash cold on delicate cycle - Dry on low heat setting - Do not bleach - Do not dry clean - Do not iron directly on design

Gift wrapping and packaging

We are not able to include gift wrapping at this time (hopefully in the future!). No pricing information is included in the packaging. Some products have a gift messaging option for you to add a gift message, but that is on a print provider basis and we cannot include a gift message if it is not available from that print provider on that product. If no option popped up at check out and you would like to send a gift message, we recommend sending a note separately to the recipient.

Delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.

Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors do occur. If the design does not look right, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.
