All designs are created by our in-house team. They are then printed and shipped by our production partners from the United States. Everything is made to order; no mass production here! This allows us to concentrate on creating more designs, as well as offer you a larger range of items.

We want to ensure you have the best experience with your purchases from us. Our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery.

However, we stand by our commitment to quality with our "Love it Guarantee." If, within 24 hours of receiving your order, you're unsatisfied with the quality, simply send us a picture along with an explanation, and we'll promptly issue a refund.

Our aim is to provide you with products that you truly love, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy.

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

If for any reason there is an influx of sales from the holiday rush, I will notify shipping status in my announcement.

The recommended method is sending via Etsy message. I reply as fast as possible to let you know that I have received your image. =)

Delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly! Refunds won't be issued due to carrier delays.

As we pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time, all orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications to orders once they have been placed.

To maintain our fast turnaround time, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received.

Please note that if you request a change of address after the item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for the package being delivered to the wrong address or for replacing the item.

In the event that the package is returned to us, we will contact you with the cost of reshipping the item. We will not reship the item until this fee has been paid in full. If you notify us of the change of address before the item has been shipped, we will make every effort to update the shipping details accordingly.

Following the dispatch of your order, you will promptly receive an email comprising tracking details to facilitate monitoring its progress. Kindly be aware that once the package has been handed over to the carrier, our ability to manage the item diminishes, and we rely solely on the information made available through the tracking number.
