Yes, I do accept customized orders. Please contact me at sarah@mckenzieherd.com with a description of what changes you would want made to a listing and I will provide you with a quote for the work.

Are your designs editable?

Designs which are provided in Canva template format are editable - you can change colors, content, photos, elements, font and text. All design elements used are available in the free version of Canva. In some instances I may use hand-drawn or colored elements or elements I have purchased from elsewhere and in that case some elements of the design will not be editable. Designs which are provided in Google doc or Google sheet format are totally editable. Designs which are provided in PDF format are not editable, but can be annotated in a PDF annotation app such as Goodnotes.

Do you offer printing?

No, unfortunately at this time I do not offer printing services.

Do I need Canva pro to edit your designs?

No, you can use the free version of Canva to use and edit these designs. All design elements used are available in the free version of Canva.

Can I change the size of the product?

For Canva templates - you are able to resize easily yourself if you have a Canva Pro account. If you do not have a Canva Pro account or your query relates to a different format of product, please purchase the 'Resize' custom listing and I will make the required changes to the product for you.

Can I change the color of the product?

You can edit the colors within Canva templates - the background, the text and some elements can be changed. If you want me to make color changes to Canva templates or any other format of product, please purchase the 'Color Change' custom listing and I will make the required changes to the product for you.

What are the terms of use for the product?

This purchase includes a single license which is not transferrable. If you need this product for more than one business, please purchase the listing multiple times. This template is for your own personal or business use only You can alter and edit the template to tailor it to your personal or business brand before use. You are not allowed to resell or redistribute the template even if you make modifications to it. You are not allowed to share this template with others or use for more than one business.

Do I need a desktop computer to edit the files?

You will need to download your files from Etsy to a desktop computer. You can use Canva on mobile or tablet, but it is much easier, and therefore recommended, to use a desktop computer to make amendments.

Do your templates expire?

No, my templates do not expire - you can return and use your link to download your product again in the future.
