STYLE DETAILS
• The single-breasted blazer: Tailored with a two button front silhouette and structured peak lapels. Features a relaxed fit, classic padded shoulders, long sleeves, and dual flap pockets at the waist.
• The high-waisted wide-leg trousers: Features a structured, high-rise waistband detailed with front pleats. Styled with a seamless button and zipper fly closure, and integrated with deep side-seam pockets.
• Fully lined with cotton for a sturdier, more structured look.
• Prefer a lighter, more casual feel? Choose the unlined option and leave us a note.

CUSTOMIZATION
• Choose from plain, patterned, or a unique mix for your Áo Dài and pants. Message us anytime to see additional colors and fabric patterns.
• Different lengths are possible.
• Customizations are available; just share your preferences (hem, fit, neckline, sleeves, waistband, etc.).
• Hand-embroidery options can be added (flowers, animals, symbols, names, dates, and more). Pricing varies depending on the design.

SIZE GUIDE
All pieces are made to measure for the best fit.
You can provide your sizing in one of the following ways:
- Option 1: Custom Size (recommended, no extra cost)
Share your body measurements of bust, waist, hips, height, and weight.
For sizes XL and above (bust over 38” / 97 cm), including shoulder width, armhole circumference, and upper arm circumference allows us to tailor an even more precise fit.
- Option 2: Standard Size
Select your size from our chart and double-check your choice.
For greater accuracy, we also recommend providing your height and weight.
- Option 3: Measurements from a Well-Fitting Garment
If you own a piece that fits you beautifully, simply measure it (bust, waist, hips, length, etc.).
We can craft your new garment using those measurements.
No matter which option you choose, we’re here to guide you through every step and ensure you feel completely confident before we begin.

GARMENT CARE
Hand washing is highly recommended, especially for linen with hand-embroidered patterns. Machine washable, please follow these instructions:
• Wash with cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent and a short wash. For embroidered pieces, turn them inside out to protect the embroidery.
• Use a laundry bag and avoid washing with items that could cause damage, such as clothing with zippers.
• Do not bleach.
• Air dry whenever possible.
• For a naturally soft linen look, avoid ironing and leave it slightly creased.
• To remove wrinkles, iron inside out on low heat. Avoid using steam on embroidered areas—iron on the reverse side or place a pressing cloth over the embroidery before ironing.

IMPORTANT — REFUND, RETURN & ALTERATION POLICY
1. Final Sale Policy
All our garments are individually handcrafted and made-to-measure based on the customer’s submitted measurements or the size selected from our size chart. For this reason, all sales are final.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if a garment does not fit due to incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
However, don’t worry if you’ve never taken measurements before — we’ll send a clear step-by-step guide, and it’s much simpler than you might expect. We’re always happy to review your measurements before we begin.
2. Conditions for Accepted Returns, Refunds or Remake (Manufacturer Error Only)
A return, refund, or remake at our expense will only be approved if the issue is verified as a manufacturing error on our part and the following conditions are met:
• Manufacturing Error: The garment’s actual measurements differ from the measurements you submitted or the size you selected.
• Product Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags attached.
• Time Limit: The return or refund request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping Costs: If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
3. Dedicated Alteration Support (Our Commitment to Fit)
If the garment does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we are still committed to helping you achieve the best fit through one of the following options:
A. Local Alteration Reimbursement (Recommended)
This is the fastest and most cost-effective solution.
• Customers may use a local tailor for minor adjustments.
• We offer partial reimbursement (up to $25 USD) with a valid tailoring receipt.
B. Alteration at Our Studio (Hanoi, Vietnam)
For more complex adjustments, you may return the garment to us:
• We will perform the alteration free of charge.
• Important Shipping Note: Customers are responsible for all two-way international shipping costs (sending the item to Vietnam and shipping it back).
Please be aware that international shipping to and from Vietnam can be significantly expensive, so local alteration is strongly recommended.
4. Return / Alteration Procedure

Do not ship any garment without prior confirmation from our team.

✓HOW TO GET YOUR MEASUREMENTS? It’s easier than you think!
Getting Started:
• Place tape measure over your UNDERWEAR
• Keep the tape measure comfortably loose, NOT too loose!
• Also make sure the tape is leveled from the front to the back.
• These are body measurements, not clothing measurements. Note us if you provide garment measurements.
1. Bust CIR: Put the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Follow back of your bra strap to keep the tape leveled.
2. Waist CIR: Remove or raise any layers of clothing blocking your waist. The waist is the narrowest part of your torso and it is often located at or above your belly button. Hold the end of the tape measure at the position you determine is the smallest (located at or above your belly button) and circle it around your back to the front of your waist.
3. Hips CIR: Stand with your feet together then measure around the fullest part of your hip. If you have bigger thighs than the hip, simply take the measurement, same way as you measure your hip.
4. Height: Stand straight against a wall. Mark where the top of your head touches. Measure from the floor to the mark.
