Custom and personalized orders

Because all of our items are personalized, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please double check sizing and that you put monogram letters in order of First, Last, Middle names. If you are unsure, please message us. We will be happy to walk you through the process to avoid any mistakes. If you believe you have received an item that has an error or is damaged, please contact us with 3 days of receiving your package, and we will work together to get the problem fixed. If you made an error on your order, (letter order, size, etc. we offer to re-do the item at a discounted rate of 20% off). If your item becomes defective within 60 days, please contact us with pictures, we will work with you to correct any problems.

We primarily use USPS First Class and Priority mailing. Large orders may be shipped through Fed-Ex. In all cases, a tracking number will be sent to you. We do not require a signature to receive packages. At this time we do not ship internationally. We do strive to ship all orders on time, if we experience a delay we will reach out to you. We cannot guarantee a delivery day once the package has left our shop, if you have not received an item please reach out via Etsy messaging and we will do our best to help you locate the item.

Monogramming Integrity

On some bags it is necessary to partially close a slip pocket for monogramming purposes. If we are able to monogram the bag without changing the integrity of the bag such as closing any pockets, we definitely will.

All letters are not created equally in monogramming. While some letters may look great in a certain fonts, others may not. We are happy to provide a monogram sample for you, please just send us a message requesting which font you may like (please narrow down to two) and of course you monogram in the order you would like them to appear.
