What materials do you use?

All our pieces are made of 100% solid 925 sterling silver — never plated or filled — and crafted by hand in our workshop. Some items are also available with 14K gold or rose gold plating over sterling silver.

Do you offer personalization?

Yes! Most of our items are fully customizable. You can add initials, birthstones, names, zodiac signs, and more. Just leave your request in the personalization box or message us after placing your order.

Can I preview my personalized design?

All items are handmade to order and usually ready to ship within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc.), production time may extend slightly.

What are your estimated delivery times?

🇬🇧 UK: 1–3 business days 🇺🇸 USA: 2–4 business days 🇪🇺 EU: 3–7 business days 🌍 International: Varies by country. We recommend choosing a tracked service at checkout for peace of mind.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes! All orders are carefully packaged in an elegant, gift-ready pouch. If you’d like, we’re happy to offer gift wrapping for a small additional fee. You can also include a personal gift message during checkout — at no extra cost.

What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us with a photo of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for custom or engraved pieces, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
