👌All standard items are built for durability and easy maintenance. Wood surfaces can be cleaned with a wet cloth rag and mild detergents. All hammocks and cushions are machine washable at 30°C. 📢 Undelivered/Unclaimed items

📣Undelivered items that are not claimed by the customer and returned to us will be held for 30 days as a courtesy to our customers. During that period the customer can contact us to arrange for the items to be shipped again. The shipping cost will be the same as for the original shipment plus any additional fees that the post office charged for the package return. After the 30 day period the item will no longer be available.

📢 Package security and transit

For safety reasons, all our packages are sent through registered mail (or DPD for most EU countries), insured and have a tracking number. All items are packed and shipped by our shipping partner MBE to ensure the best protection for your items. The transit time will usually be within the declared times, but sometimes there can be unforeseen delays we cannot affect or be held accountable for. All packages have a packing list and invoice included to speed up the customs process as much as possible, but we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by customs service.

🚩 Damaged packages

📣Please check your package and the items immediately upon delivery. If the package is visually damaged, report this to your courier. If any of the items arrive damaged, please take multiple photos of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in and send it to us as soon as possible so we can open a damage claim. Damage claim procedure varies from country to country so some postal services will also require you to report damage at your local post office to get a reference number which will be matched with the damage claim we make. After the damage claims are filed we will do our best to send a new item or a refund as soon as possible, but we will require full customer cooperation in damage claims procedure to complete the reimbursements.

Although all our packages have a tracking number, sometimes the package can be delayed for a longer time or even lost. If the package travel time seriously exceeds the suggested travel time and there are no tracking updates for more than 2 weeks please report the issue to us. We file a claim with the post office and update you on the claim process, but additional steps may need to be taken in some cases. The tracking claim should be filed with the postal service in the country the package was last scanned in, so in those cases, the customer should file a claim with the local delivery or postal service(USPS, Canadian Post...) We will do our best to resolve the issue as fast as possible, but sometimes it can take a while on post office's end.

Toasty BigCat Twin Flat is a hanging radiator and window double cat bed shelf for larger cats.
It uses the heat from the radiator to warm both levels, while the top level is at a perfect spot for watching the outdoors, the bottom level is ideal for snuggling in peace.
This premium cat heating lounger won't be empty during the warm months either, as cats always appreciate good places to nap.
While the warmth is loved by all felines, it is ideal for sick, elderly, and disabled cats(it could be enhanced by adding a ramp or a set of stairs, for options please send us a message).

🏖 If your radiator doesn't have a window above, the shelf will not be wasted, as every warm bed is a delight for a cat.

📌Wide applications- It's designed primarily for standard radiators with windows over them, but could also fit any standard radiator or be mounted on a metal balcony railing, a sturdy bed frame, or any sort of stable surface where the hooks could safely reach.

👩‍🔬Hygienic and easy to maintain- The cushions are removable and machine washable. The wood is coated with paint so that it doesn't absorb anything. Can be wiped with a damp cloth on a regular basis.

😻 Comfortable and safe - with 2 large 56x33cm/13"x22" cushions made out of high-density 5cm thick polyurethane foam which offers comfort and support for the pet's joints and bones. By providing comfortable places for rest, we're giving them a far better quality of life and it's just from the benefit of extra padding and warmth.
Cushions are held on the surfaces by long and wide hook and loop fasteners. They're not visible when placed in their places and don't tear or shrink during regular washing. They are firmly attached so you don't have to worry about your cat falling off the furniture.

💪Sturdy construction- The shelf is made out of 18mm thick birch plywood, protected with multiple coats of pet-safe paint. The construction is reinforced with multiple screws. The shelf is held onto a radiator by sturdy wide hooks made out of coated steel.

✅Assembled and easy installation- It comes fully assembled and all you need to do is adjust the hooks to the width of the radiator and tighten the thumb screws to secure it in place The minimum gap for the radiator mounting brackets is 6cm / 2.4" and the maximum is 10,5cm / 4.1".
The back bracket can be detached and mounted lengthwise and then the maximum is 14cm / 5.5" or cradled inside the large bracket for thinner 1-3cm/0.4"-1.2" objects like railings or flat heaters.
The brackets have a slot down the middle so they can easily be tied with rope or wire for extra safety if needed.

🐱This shelf is ideal for homes with multiple cats and easily holds 50kg of weight.
