From the 1930s a wonderful large size panel of chinoiserie inspired textile with stylised flowers and figures.
Worked in soft pastel colours on a soft black which makes this design especially eye catching and which would suit most interior settings.
The panel is a really good size and so there’s enough here for an interesting interiors project.
It is printed on a fine cotton sateen which is in fantastic condition considering it’s age.
It offers itself as great inspiration to a designer and would make a fabulous wallpaper design.

Condition.
In excellent antique condition with no damage that we have found.
All of the textiles we sell are antique and as such may have some of the idiosyncrasies to be expected in pre loved historical textiles such as small flaws, marks and a patina of age.
