Custom and personalized orders

We accept all types of custom or personalized orders. If you have any designs for rings, feel free to send us pictures or specifications of what you'd like to create. Please note: The custom order is made specifically for you and is non-refundable unless there is a defect with the item upon receipt. In such cases, we will craft a new one.

If circumstances changed or you for some reason were not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just contact me within 7 days. For returns unrelated to quality, there will be a deduction of $100 for each ring as a replenishment fee. Please note: 1.All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. 2.If the total price of the ring exceeds $1000, a 30% replenishment fee will be charged. The following items can't be returned or exchanged: ✦Custom or personalized orders ✦Larger than 9us or smaller than 3us ✦Engraved ✦Full eternity band

We ship with USPS which arrived in 3-6 days to most US destinations. We offer overnight shipping for $70. Please contact us if you a have a deadline and we will make every effort to accommodate it.

We ship orders all over the world. Most orders can take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please provide us with your phone number after placing your order. And please noted we are not responsible for VAT, duties or any other taxes the customer can incur upon delivery.

We accept payment plans. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan as you wish. The first payment is all up to you, and contact me with: ✦Your ring size ✦Materials ✦Number of payments you need. After we receive your requirements, we will create a layaway listing for you. The production of the ring will start when the payment is more than 1/2 of the order price, and we will ship the ring when we have all payments and the ring is ready.

Each ring ships within APPROX 2-4 WEEKS of purchase because it will be custom made for you AFTER you place an order. If you're in a rush, I'd like to offer a rush service for having it done within around 14 business days to finish and then 3-5 days for arrival. And $50will be charged for the Rush Order Service.

We can make the ring in any ring size. In the list, from US3 to US9. If you need a smaller or bigger ring size, pls ask me, we'll custom make it for you!

We offer free engraving service, please contact us if you are interested in having your ring engraved. Once the ring is done we no longer can add engraving so please make sure to request in advance.
