My package arrived, but some of my items are missing. What gives?

I put a lot of care and detail into designing my products, but I don't yet have the necessary equipment to print them in-house. Because of this, I use a number of high quality print providers to print and ship my items. If you order multiple items, there is a good chance that they will be coming from different print providers, and therefore shipped separately.

I entered my address incorrectly, or accidentally used an old address. Can I change it?

Mistakes happen! If you inputted the wrong address, let me know as soon as possible via direct message on Etsy. If your item hasn't been processed yet, I can update your address with the new one. However, once items are processed and shipped I am unable to accommodate address changes. If the item is sent back to me due to an incorrect address, I can either refund your purchase (minus shipping cost) or re-ship the item (customer just pays for new shipping).

I just received my order, but there's something wrong with it. How do we proceed from here?

i love it!! i highly recommend this shop!! the sticker is such a good reminder for me because out of all the dbt skills, i struggle with radical acceptance the most (radical acceptance is a bitch but so am i)
