How do I download my file?

There are 2 ways to download the file you purchased. 1. Using the download link sent to you by email after purchasing. 2. Go to your Etsy Account and click on purchases and reviews. Find your purchase and click the download button. (it may take a few minutes after purchasing for the download button to show up. This is due to Etsy confirming payment). If you are having trouble downloading your files after trying the above methods, please contact me via Etsy messages and I will send you the link:)

Where can I print my digital download?

✿ At home. ✿ Local drugstore with photo-lab (Walgreens in the U.S. and London Drugs in Canada). They usually have same day printing:) ✿ Online print services such as Vistaprint or Posterjack. ✿ Local office supply store such as Staples or Office Depot. ✿ Local print shop.

What paper should I use to print at home?

I recommend thick matte paper, heavyweight card stock, or high quality photo paper.

Can I print the file more than once?

Yes! You can print your digital download as many times as you like as long as it is for personal use.

2: Purchase listing. I will draw a rough draft and you will be able to make up to 2 round of edits during this stage. Once approved, the final will be drawn.

3. It will be ready and uploaded within 5 business days.

Minor edits are accepted such a changes in color, Small tweaks to the illustration, and change in sizing on the final illustration. Having something re-drawn is not part of a minor edit.
If you would like to make bigger changes please contact me. I will give you a quote depending on the edits.

Pricing may vary depending on the level of detail of the illustration.
