If you are looking to use my designs for commercial purposes, this license is for you!

All digital file sets featured on this shop are intended for personal use upon purchase. Not everyone who uses my artwork needs this license. Instances of personal use projects that do not require this license include activities like hobby scrapbooking and personal craft projects such as making making invitations, apparel, decorations, etc... for your own use.

This license is instead designed for business owners seeking to utilize artwork from Birdieworksstudio to craft original items and sell their creations for profit through their own Esty storefronts or other selling platforms. If you intend to incorporate my designs within your own creations for business-related activities, such as selling products featuring my artwork or using it in any other context where the primary purpose is to generate revenue you will need to additionally acquire this license alongside purchasing my digital file sets. If you have any questions about your projects and whether or not they fall under commercial use, please send me a message and I will get back with you as soon as possible!

My digital files are not allowed to be used for any content that promotes discrimination and may not be redistributed or claimed as your own work. Do not take credit for my art or distribute the files as freebies, downloads, or resources to others. This extended license works as a one time purchase and is valid for unlimited profit using all digital clipart sets purchased from Birdieworksstudio on Etsy. PLEASE NOTE ALL ARTWORK MUST BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY! If the design sets you purchased in the past have since been updated please feel free to reach out and I will gladly provide you with the current files.

Purchasing this license does not transfer copyright of the designs featured on this shop and credit is always highly appreciated when using these designs (ex: Design credits belong to Birdieworksstudio on Etsy)

[HOW TO PURCHASE THIS LICENSE]

Add the clipart set(s) and the commercial license to your cart. This license does not include any clipart and you will need to purchase the designs separately. Upon purchasing this license you will receive one .JPG file as your official license. If you have previously purchased multiples of my singular commercial license and are interested in acquiring this extended shop license please message me.

- Keep your order receipt and email. Your order number is proof of your licensing rights.
- This license is good for an unlimited profit of goods using ALL clipart sets purchased from Birdieworksstudio
- Credit for commercial use is highly appreciated but not required
- Birdieworksstudio retains all rights to the original artwork. Purchasing this license does not transfer copyright. Design copyright remains with Lauren Ashleigh, the designer and owner of Birdieworksstudio
- This license does not expire
