Where can I find more answers and tutorials?

Visit my FAQ Help Center, where I've gathered answers to the most common questions, with step-by-step guides: 👉 sites.google.com/view/templates4brandinghelpcenter/home If you don't find your answer, message me on Etsy. I'll be happy to help 😊

Do I need Canva Pro to edit my invitation?

No! All my templates work with a free Canva account. You can edit on a computer, phone or tablet.

How do I download my template?

After purchase, log into Etsy from a web browser (the download button doesn't appear in the Etsy app), go to "Your account" › "Purchases and reviews" and click "Download Files". Open the PDF and click the Canva link inside to start editing.

Can I edit the invitation in Spanish or another language?

Yes! Every word is editable, so you can write your invitation in English, Spanish or any language, or make it bilingual.

Can you edit the invitation for me?

Of course! For small changes, just message me. For a done-for-you invitation, I offer a Full Editing Service (48h), available in my shop under "Add-Ons & Edits".

Can you make my custom theme or custom colors invitation?

Please contact me before purchasing and send me your inspiration, color palette, and the template you would like me to customize. I’ll send you a first preview, and if you love it, you can then purchase the matching editing service from my shop under “Add-Ons & Edits.”

What is the difference between a video invitation and a website invitation?

Both options are digital and can be sent by email, text message, WhatsApp, or social media. ✔ A video invitation is an MP4 file with music, animations, photos, and a QR code for RSVP. The video and music play automatically when your guests open or play the file. It is beautiful and easy to share, but it does not include clickable buttons or interactive sections. ✔ A website invitation is a scrollable interactive Canva website link. It can include clickable RSVP, Google Maps, countdown, gift registry, schedule, photo gallery, FAQ, and other interactive features. Please note that music on a website invitation is click-to-play only and cannot autoplay.

How do my guests RSVP?

It depends on your invitation type: 🌐 Website invitation: guests fill in the embedded form or tap the RSVP button right on your invitation. 🎬 Video invitation: guests scan the QR code in the video. Either way, they RSVP in one click, with no app or account needed. You can choose the RSVP option you prefer: ✔ Google Form: see every response in real time and receive email notifications ✔ A Canva Form ✔ Your own RSVP link, such as Zola, The Knot, Joy or any wedding website you already use Don't need an RSVP? No problem! Everything is fully editable, so you can easily delete the RSVP button, section or page from your template.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Returns aren't accepted for digital downloads. However, if you purchased the wrong color or design by mistake, just message me and I'll be happy to exchange it for the one you wanted. And if anything goes wrong with your file, I'll gladly help until everything works perfectly 😊
