For sending products we use airmail 'PostaSrbije'. It is regular mail which makes shipping affordable. * Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for airmail. Such as Canadian, USA and Australian post. You can track your package on site of Serbian post, it shows the last place in Serbia where your parcel was registered. * If you prefer to ship via international express mail which included tracking and insurance please ask us for prices. * If you package has not arrived please take it up with your local post office. * I mark international orders as a gift.

It CONSIDERED AS LOST if it doesn't come within 60 days from sending date and tracking does not work. * I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own. * While the claim is being proceeded, I would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you. * If package is not losted but it is returned to me that information is visible via USPS Help) because customer did not pick up it on time, I can refund or send it again but with reduce price for returning cost, fees and taxes.
