2️⃣ I downloaded the file, but it’s just a PDF that says “Thank you”. Where are my actual files?

Since we offer large bundles at affordable prices, the file size often exceeds Etsy's 100MB limit. So instead, you’ll receive a PDF with a link to a Google Drive folder. Just click the "Click here" text inside the PDF and you’ll be taken directly to your purchased files. If you have any issues accessing it, don’t worry — just send us a message and we’ll send the link directly to you 😊

3️⃣ Most shops let me download directly from Etsy. Why are you using Google Drive? Is it safe?
