Yes, we can however they may take longer as we have to order the specific colour. We will widen our colour range soon.

I made a spelling error. How do I fix it?

You have 24 hours to notify us of this error. Once made, we cannot cancel the order anymore so best to contact us asap.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

As most of our products are personalised, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. As mentioned above, you have 24 hours to notify us of any errors. If you receive your item damaged (unlikely) then we can discuss. Contact hello@makerstrove.com

Why is the estimated date different?

Etsy will factor in the processing time as well as carrier times. You will have a more accurate date once your order has been booked. It can take up to 3 weeks from the date of order if you are outside of Australia
