Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery? What if it's delivered late?

Due to the custom nature of all of our items we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after we ship your item. We ask that you communicate any specific requests via message soon after ordering. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not arrive on time. If your order did not arrive on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We will try our best to work with you, but we don't control shipping.

Do you send photos before you ship items?

The short answer is no. We may send photos or create mock-ups before production if we're working on an entirely custom order, a long engraved phrase, or a large order. If you are requesting personalization or a custom order, please watch for a message from us. We may reach out to confirm or clarify details. We often reach out to recap the details for your order before engraving but not always. Please double check your order (ESPECIALLY spelling), and message us to change details if necessary.

What if I don't respond to a message about clarifying a detail in my order?

If you do not respond to messages, we will make appropriate decisions for you in order to finish production on time. We may extend the shipping window to give you more time to respond. Sometimes this means cancelling the order. If we need to cancel the order due to lack of response or clarification, you will receive a refund. It is often a full refund, but we will subtract the cost of any supplies and wages that went into your order up to that point.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances after production starts?

There are no refunds since every item has a custom element. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100. You can submit the claim to USPS online. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim, you MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging, and you MUST retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving. Please kindly reach out when there is an issue.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen? What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

Baevle is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen--all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please reach out if there is an issue. If we can resolve the issue, we will, but often it is the shipping carrier's responsibility. If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

If a sale starts or you update prices after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order, we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What are the care instructions for this item? What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? What if my personalization is wrong?

Each item has material, care, color, and sizing information included in the listing description and/or listing photos. Please refer directly to the listing description of the product you plan to purchase. Afterwards, you can reach out more questions. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct material, color, size, method or custom detail when purchasing the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to correctly type any personalization, especially spelling and punctuation. If you need to change a detail after ordering, please reach out immediately. If we haven't begun production for your product, we can often update your order.

Do you offer bulk purchase discounts? Can I request a custom design, color, shape, etc?

We are always willing to work with you on your purchase to meet your needs. You are welcome to contact us about custom orders, custom changes to listings, bulk purchases, etc. We will determine what is best based on your unique situation. Please reach out for wholesale options and discounts. We welcome custom requests of any kind. We are a family owned business and reserve the right to decline any custom requests that may be inappropriate. You are always welcome to make your request, and we will do our best to fulfill it.

What if my order doesn't match the photo online?

We have many photos posted of each item. Some of the photos include props that are not included in the sale. Some photos may show different lighting depending on your device, your location's lighting, if our pictures were taken inside or outside, etc. It is your responsibility to correctly place an order. Please refer to the description for details on size, shape, color, material, and included items. Please select the correct option when checking out (with a charm or without, red or blue, etc). Our instagram and Etsy reviews have more product photos and videos. If you are unsure before ordering, please reach out. If we have additional photos of a product, we may send them to you as examples of what your finished product will look like.
