Are the frames and background included?

No. The background and frames are used for mock up purposes It gives you an idea on how the artwork can be applied on.

How to I open a .zip file?

A zip program is usually embedded in Windows for PC users. If it isn't, you will need an extraction program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs that you can find in the market, I recommend WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). On a iphone or ipad, you'd need a free third party app to open .zip documents such as Winzip or izip.

Why are my images or previews are blank, white?

If the clipart color is white then it will look blank in the preview image. These will occur with files that are saved as white.png and once it is opened you will see the white clipart on a transparent background.

My order has been downloaded, but why I can't open my files or print them?

Do make sure that you have unzipped or extracted the files from the .ZIP folder The files will not open in any program until they have been extracted from the compressed .ZIP file.

What can I do with these files?

These files are mainly for small business and commercial usage. All files purchased can be used for creation and sale up to 500 products. However, no resale of files & sharing is permitted. You are responsible for researching all trademarks for the products you sell.
