Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files have been accessed or downloaded. If you haven't downloaded your files yet and have a concern, please reach out before doing so and we'll do our best to assist.

Downloading Your Files

Your files are available immediately after purchase via your Etsy account — navigate to Purchases and then Download Files. Please note that downloads are not accessible through the Etsy app. Use a browser or desktop for best results. If you're still having trouble, send a message and we'll walk you through it.

Shipping & Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3PM EST ship within 3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 days. Express orders placed before 3PM EST ship the following business day. If you're outside the US and need a shipping quote, send a message before purchasing and we'll sort it out.

Missing Or Delayed Packages

Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they've physically arrived — or they've been left with a neighbor or in an unexpected location. Once a package enters the mail stream it is outside of our control, but we're happy to help you work through it. Start with your local post office, and if the package remains unresolved we'll figure out next steps together. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to refund orders lost due to address errors.

Custom orders are not available at this time.

We understand how frustrating a late delivery can be. Unfortunately we're unable to issue refunds for packages that were shipped on time but arrived late — carrier delays are outside of our control. We'd encourage you to order with a comfortable lead time, and if you're working with a close deadline please reach out before purchasing so we can advise on the best shipping option.
