What size can I print my digital file?

Unless otherwise listed in the listing description, digital prints come in 5 high resolution formats that are ready to be printed at any of the following ratios: 2x3 ratio which can print: 4x6”, 6x9”, 8x12”, 10x15”, 12x18”, 16x24”, 20x30”, 24x36” 3x4 ratio which can print: 6x8”, 9x12”, 12x16”, 15x20”, 18x24”, 24x32” 4x5 ratio which can print: 4x5”, 8x10”, 12x15”, 16x20”, 20x25”, 24x30” 11x14 ratio which can print: 11x14”, 22x28" ISO ratio which can print: A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 If you require a size not listed, please do not hesitate to reach out before purchasing so I can be sure to accommodate. These will be done free of charge :)

How do I access my digital prints?

Upon purchase, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing the download information. This is not something I am able to resend manually. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. Alternatively, if you have an account with Etsy, you can click on 'Your account' (top right corner of the page), ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’ (to the right of your order). You can also copy and paste this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Please make sure to use a web browser (not the mobile app) to download your files, as this is a requirement by Etsy.

Where should I print my files?

I recommend the following, ranked in order of recommendation: 1. Go to your local printing store or a larger print store like Staples, Target, Costco, Wallgreens, Office Depot, London Drugs, etc. Be sure to bring the file(s) on a USB drive. 2. Upload to a professional printing service online. 3. Use an at home printer. Note that coluor outcome/quality may vary. Please note that in most cases the printer will print with a tiny white border (not full bleed). I'd recommend chatting with your local printing store if they're able to print at full bleed if you're looking for this :)

Where can I find frames for my prints?

Firstly, I recommend checking out your local thrift stores for unique and cost-effective finds! Alternatively, I recommend: • H&M Home • Ikea • Urban Outfitters • Target • Kmart
