HOLIDAY ORDERS + ORDERING TIPS

We strongly suggest placing all holiday orders as early as possible. This is our recommendation based on the current info provided by shipping carriers. Read on for more shipping details. 𝝗𝗘𝗙𝝤𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝝤𝗨 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞 𝝤𝗨𝗧 · Confirm your shipping address is correct. If you check out using the wrong address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝝞𝝤𝝢𝗦? Shipping questions and notes about your order must be sent through Etsy messages. Convo us before you check out if you have a question or need your order by a certain date. Do not use the "Note to Seller" box on the cart page for help with your order items or shipping concerns - our customer service team will NOT see it in time to assist you.

PRODUCTION TIME (1-5 business days for most items)

We hand print each item to order. Production times are as stated on each listing - most items take 1-5 business days to make. Please order with plenty of time in advance to account for production + shipping time. In a rush? Choose an expedited shipping option at checkout to shorten the SHIPPING time. This does NOT rush our production time. Holidays may delay your order by 1 business day. We will do everything we can to help accommodate your event deadlines if you let us know! Need your order by a certain date? Please message us with the following info: - Items you are interested in - Quantity - Date needed - Shipping zip code. *Please note, messages sent on the weekend will be returned on or before the next business day.

DELIVERY DATE ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates provided by each carrier may change frequently due to extreme weather conditions and other regional issues. 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗦 + 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝝞𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗦 Please check for the most updated information on any delays or service alerts for your area before selecting a shipping method. UPS service alerts: https://www.ups.com/us/en/service-alerts.page USPS service alerts: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts USPS delivery disruptions: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/residential/welcome.htm As stated in Etsy’s buyer policies (https://www.etsy.com/legal/buyers/?ref=list), sellers cannot be held responsible or issue refunds for packages that arrive later than the estimated delivery date range.

Custom and personalized orders

Personalization options for each item will be as stated on each listing. If you would like to *gently* modify a design we currently offer - for example, changing "Save Water Drink Champagne" to "Save Water Drink Bourbon" - there will not be an additional design set-up fee. Not all designs will be able to be modified, but please check with us if you have an idea! We cannot print any trademarked logos, characters or phrases, licensed designs, or any other shop or designers' work. If you own the rights to a design and need your artwork or logo printed on an item, please check out our custom items or message us! https://www.etsy.com/shop/JoyandChaos?ref=seller-platform-mcnav&section_id=25466852

All of our customized items are hand printed to order. We are not able to offer bulk discounts on every item due to the additional time it takes to personalize. However, we do have many custom items that include tiered bulk pricing discounts, such as our canvas favor bags, tote bags, face masks, clothing, and more.
