Very inflexible, be sure to examine EVERY picture of what you are looking to buy, read the fine print on measurements. The jewelry I received was much larger than it showed in the pictures. Seller does not accept refunds, I understand. But, I was going to purchase another item from the seller. That changed instantly when I reached out to the seller to request a possible discount, or free shipping. The seller was very rude and doesn’t understand the concept of customer service, dignity and lacked any regard for creating relationships with customers in. In hopes to secure future sales, and new customers by word of mouth. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not have been brushed off and told all sales are final multiple times. That interaction is why I would NEVER recommend this shop/seller to anyone, & never buy anything

Hi Katie, thank you for leaving your feedback.It's very unfortunate when customers based size on pictures without reading the description of the item and shop policies.You purchased this set at 15% off.When you reached out to me about the price you paid you thought the set was on sale for $40 here is where you got confused you were comparing the price for a single item (necklace only) and not the 2pc set and asked for a refund for the difference paid. Unfortunately I could not give you one as this beautiful set was never priced at $40 and my shop had and has all items at 15% off. You said you wanted to buy another set as you like the quality of my jewelry. My jewelry is made to order and handmade by me the set you received has a lot of Swarovski crystals and it's great quality and unfortunately can't be sold for less.
