Additionally, you can access your files via 'Purchases' on your account page, locate your order, and click on 'Download My Files'.

What if the hyperlinks in my planner aren't working?

To use the hyperlinks in your planner, please ensure you are in "Read-Only Mode" if using Goodnotes. You can locate the button for this in the toolbar at the top of the screen. If you delete pages, the hyperlinks might not work correctly. To fix this, either restore the pages or re-download the planner
