We cut ALL our ribbon to order. This ribbon is cut by hand, please allow +/- 3cm. Multiple quantities of the same ribbon, within the same transaction, will be a continuous cut of ribbon if possible (remnants are separate pieces). If you are wanting a higher quantity than what is listed, please message me for availability. We sell on different platforms and may have more available.

SHIPPING:
The USPS has slowed down their delivery times. For more information on those delivery times please visit their website. We have no control on how long it takes for the USPS to deliver your package. We ship same or next day.
We combine shipping, and ship with tracking. Once we drop the items off at the post office with the tracking number it is out of our hands. If it does not reach the destination, the customer will be responsible to open a case with their own post office with the tracking number we have provided.
Etsy uses PitneyBowes.com for tracking of small packages (anything under 3 oz). This tracking number starts with 003. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you can do so at checkout.
The price you pay for shipping is for shipping and handling. All of our Etsy fees (transaction, listing and credit card fees), shipping cost and shipping supply costs are paid from this fee.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
This option is available with Priority Shipping. If your item is lost we will not replace it unless you purchased Priority Shipping.

If you would like expedited shipping, please upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS:
We unfortunately cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on any order as these items are cut to order.
