🐇 Do you do commissions, trades, or custom orders?

We do not: what we have listed is what we have available--this goes for all products. For example, we can't change specific colors or customize a keychain or lanyard's fixing. We're happy to consider your suggestions for the future, however, so don't be shy on sending us an Etsy Message with your ideas. Some of our most popular products, like desk mats, wristlet lanyards, and mini charms, came from customer suggestions!

🐇 I broke/lost my item after receiving it! Can I get a replacement?

Each item is carefully inspected before getting shipped. We can't control what happens to the item after we ship it out, therefore, we don't send replacements/refunds if you/a 3rd party break/lose your item. If an item seems to have broken during shipment, don't remove it from the original packaging: send us a clear photo of it still in the packaging so we can learn to better safeguard our items during shipment in the future. Be careful with fragile items like charms & buttons. These items are pieces of art & aren't indestructible. Do not use nailpolish on acrylic. Stickers, if placed on a highly used surface may fade over time. Apparel should be washed inside-out to protect the design.

🐇 I never received my item after it was shipped. / My package was marked delivered but I never received it.

Contact your local post office with your tracking number. If applicable, check with your housing complex's mailroom/landlord if the package was marked as "delivered" but you didn't receive it. If they are unable to locate the package, you may want to file a missing mail report with your local post office. We will contact you if your order ends up getting returned to us. Make sure to use the correct address when checking out from Etsy to ensure your order arrives and that it is being sent somewhere you trust it not to be stolen and where you can retrieve it in a timely manner. We cannot re-send your order or refund it if it has already shipped to the address you entered at check out.

🐇 How do I use a locking pin back to keep my pins secure?

1. Squeeze and pull the disc on the locking pinback, sliding it off the pin’s post. 2. Stick the pin wherever you’d like. 3. Push the locking pinback down the pin’s post until it clicks into place. 4. Always double-check the security of the pin before you go on your way to confirm it won’t be falling off! Feel free to message us if you have any more questions about your pins!

🐇 The color of my product is a little bit different than the listing images. Is this normal?

Depending on the product you bought, this could be because of the dye sublimation process. Each item will be ever-so-slightly different in hue. The differences are typically unnoticeable and do not affect the integrity of the product's design. The individual settings of your device's monitor could also affect the color shown in the listing photos. If you are overly concerned about the color if the item you will receive, take a peek at the reviews to see if others have posted pictures of the product after they received it, or send us a message and we can help you out to make sure the product is exactly what you're expecting.

🐇 Can you combine multiple orders I placed so that only one package ships?

We don't automatically combine multiple orders on your behalf! If you place two orders within the same day, we will ship them in two separate packages. Please make sure you add everything you want from our shop to your cart in your initial order. If you need your orders to be combined, please message us ASAP to see if it is a possibility.

🐇 Do you ship to my country?

We might be able to! Please send us an Etsy Message and we will look into whether or not we can ship to your country and the cost. Note that we currently do not ship to the UK or the EU.

🐇 Can I get your art as a tattoo, or use it to make something else?

We are so hoppy to hear that our artwork is so appreciated, but please do NOT use our art, characters or designs for tattoos, or redistribute it in any way. This includes using our art to make products for yourself through a manufacturer or print on demand service. All artwork on the products in our shop belongs to nikusagi.

🐇 Do your acrylic products come with a protective film I need to peel off?

Nope! No peeling necessary. We carefully inspect and clean every acrylic product prior to packaging them to ensure their quality and check for scratches and chips so that you don't have to! Your products are ready-to-go right out of the nikusagi packaging. Please do not attempt to modify our acrylic products with things like nail polish, etc. We are not responsible for the outcome if you decide to modify our products after receiving them in their promised condition. Keep your acrylic products somewhere they won't get scratched, chipped, caught on something or damaged to preserve them the longest possible. Please be mindful especially of the bunny ears.

🐇 Do you offer gift wrap for presents?

Yes! We offering a gift wrapping service for a flat fee of $5. We will use our specially designed nikusagi bunny gift wrap paper, colorful tissue paper, and finally, wrap it all up in colorful ribbon! We will also put the order receipt in a cute envelope for one complete package to your special somebun! Just make sure to mark your order as a 'gift,' include a gift message at check out, and tick the little box that says you want the gift wrapping service!
