This bracelet can also be used as an essential oil diffuser bracelet and it has a small lava rock bead that you can add 1 or 2 drops of oil to and use it as a sensory bracelet or natural alternative to wearing perfume. You could also team it with an essential oil such as bergamot which also helps with confidence.

At its core, this bracelet features 8mm gemstone beads made from Serpentine, a stone known for its transformative energy, helping you shed self-doubt and embrace a newfound sense of confidence. Sizing - made in a range of sizes to suit your wrist, if you measure your wrist with a tape measure, or a piece of string against a ruler, do not hold the tape too tight or too loose, and order the exact size closest to your wrist. If you like a looser fit please go up by half an inch. 6.5 inches is a medium fit if buying for a gift.
