No, frames are not included with your purchase. I only sell unframed prints, allowing you the flexibility to choose a frame that best suits your room!

How long do international orders take to be delivered?

International orders typically take 1-4 weeks to arrive after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please keep in mind that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond my control, such as postal service disruptions or customs clearance.

What should I do if my prints arrived damaged?

If your prints arrive damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

What type of paper is used for the prints?

I use high-quality 200gsm glossy paper for my prints. This paper gives the artwork a vibrant and colorful finish, enhancing the richness of the colors and making the details stand out.

Do you offer digital downloads?

- PACKAGING & DELIVERY -

All items are printed and packaged by me in my home studio :)

A4 Prints are printed on 200gsm glossy photo paper, placed in a protective cellophane bag and then into a hard backed 'DO NOT BEND' envelope.

A3 Prints are printed onto premium heavyweight, semi-gloss 240gsm paper with silk finish and packaged in a poster tube.

UK-Based Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail second class postage as standard, express delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail first class postage. Shipping for UK orders is tracked as standard.

International Orders (non-UK) are dispatched via Royal Mail international standard postage. If you require tracking, please make sure to upgrade your shipping to ‘International Tracked’ at checkout.
