Vintage Blue Bow Trellis Lattice Repeating Pattern file. Handmade by me, this is a seamless pattern with a repeat of 6" wide.

Suitable for printing for fabrics, packaging, on paper, invitations, wedding stationery, birth announcements, blog backgrounds, Instagram reels and stories background etc.

This is a seamless pattern TILE (NOT A background!). Half drop pattern with a width repeat of 1800px (6" at 300ppi).

This Standard User Licence outlines the permissions, limitations, and requirements for using our digital files. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
This licence is tailored for small businesses, defined as:
- Businesses with up to two employees.
- Businesses with an annual gross revenue of up to £100,000.
- For use on one brand name.
- Personal Use e.g. personal craft projects.
- This licence is strictly non-transferable and is limited to use under a single brand name as identified by the licensee at the time of purchase. The use of the licensed digital assets across multiple brand names, even under the same ownership, is prohibited without the express written consent of Pretty Festive Design, or without securing the correct additional licence for each separate brand name.

2. Permitted Use
Our digital files are designed for creators of finished, physical goods for sale, examples include:
- Finished Stationery (Digital stationery sales require an extended licence; see section 6).
- Apparel and accessories.
- Tumblers.
- Pillows.

3. Production Limit
- You may create up to 100 finished items for sale under one brand name only. This limit refers to individual items, not stock-keeping units (SKUs). If your sales are/will be higher than this, you will need an extended licence.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All copyright and intellectual property rights are retained by Pretty Festive.
- All digital designs are sold on a non-exclusive basis.
- Any infringement will be pursued legally - unauthorised use, duplication, distribution, or creation of derivative works from Pretty Festive's digital files not in compliance with these terms constitutes a violation of applicable copyright laws and will be pursued rigorously. This includes, but is not limited to, the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK), Title 17 of the United States Code (US), and the Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2001 on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society (EU). Pretty Festive Design reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property to the fullest extent of the law.
- All rights not expressly granted in this licence are reserved by Pretty Festive Design.

5. File Usage Restrictions and File Protection
- You may not resell, share, loan, sublicense, or repackage digital resources in any format or on any platform, either as-is or modified.
- You may not trace or redesign files.
- You can not claim or suggest that you are the creator of art or patterns.
- For file protection reasons, you may not show any whole seamless pattern tile online.
- You may not show unplaced graphics online without a watermark.

6. Extended and Additional Licensing
An extended or additional licence is required for:
- Supply companies e.g. printed vinyl, sublimation prints, stickers, patches, decals.
- Use as an embroidery design.
- Fabric printing.
- Sublimation prints.
- Wallpaper manufacturing.
- Use in digital stationery items, printables fulfilled through sites such as Templett & Corjl.

8. Prohibited Uses
- Prior discussion is required for ANY wholesale distribution. This includes the overseas transmission of files for mass production.
- Uploading to any print-on-demand (POD) sites such as Society6, Redbubble, Zazzle, Threadless, Teepublic, Spoonflower, etc., is strictly prohibited.
- Uploading to any Print Fulfilment sites such as Printify, Printful, Gooten, Gelato, Merch by Amazon, etc., is also strictly prohibited.
- The use of my artwork on products for sale on Amazon, Alibaba, Aliexpress, Shein, and similar marketplaces is strictly forbidden. This includes products/supplies purchased from these platforms which display my artwork, as all such items are unauthorised.
- Creation of new digital assets from our files.
- Editing files in any way, including but not limited to editing colours or elements, adding, removing, or changing sections, or extracting elements for other uses.
- Creating clipart, icons, vectorizing, or changing the file type, even for personal or own business use.

9. Additional Terms
- We reserve the right to change or revoke this licence at any time and without prior notice.
- All rights are reserved by Pretty Festive Design.
- Design credit is not required but would be greatly appreciated.
- For additional help or questions, please contact via the website or refer to the Q&A on our website.
- All sales are final.
- You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with the file types and dimensions provided; no additional file types will be supplied.
- Pretty Festive is not responsible for colour discrepancies or printing errors. Testing is always recommended.
- Technical support for product use cannot be provided.
- Please note that for digital file sales, no physical products will be provided.
