How do I upload my photo?

ETSY has now added the option to allow you to upload up to 10 images at checkout and we are currently working on adding this to our listings as fast as we can. We appreciate your patience as we have over 480 listings to update. If you do not see an option to upload the image or need to add more, you must send us an Etsy message. You can send an Etsy message by messaging our shop. Once you get to messages simply click the image icon to upload your image. Etsy only allows 3 images to upload at a time. OR Send us an email at Etsy@kohnes.com with your image. Make sure to include your name and order # so what know who's order gets the image. NO copyright/trademark images due to US laws and Etsy Policies

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

No, Etsy does not allow us to change the address on any order. We will make a note on your order of the new address and it should go to the new address. However, we cannot change the address on the actual order, and the tracking will show incorrect on your end (we unfortunately have no control over this, it’s an Etsy function). Given this we cannot be held responsible for address changes once the order has been placed. If you prefer the new address to show on your order and track properly we can cancel this order and you can place a new one with the correct address.

For Slide Sandals, how do I find the size I need?

If you haven't already please go back to our listing and look at the sizing chart. For the best fit for your/their shoe size, I would either measure your/their foot or your/their best-fitting shoe to determine which size would be better based on the chart. OR If know whether you/they wear a wide shoe size or if your/their feet tend to be big the larger choice might be best. But if you/they have slim feet maybe a smaller size would be better. Both shoes have an adjustable strap just depends if a slightly smaller or slightly bigger shoe might be more ideal.

Lori and Bri are great to work with… I had a picture of my granddaughter with people in the background. They were able to blur them out. Sent me the proof beforehand, and the finished product looked exactly like the proof! I get many compliments at the Pickleball court and referred many people them.

Item was as described. Unfortunately, USPS lost my package and it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. After all was explained, the seller was helpful in sending out a replacement and making sure shipment was verified.
