• Our standard shipping is with Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

• Our Pachamama products are all handmade in Nepal.
• Our products are designed in London, UK by our in-office design team.
• We then send the knitting patterns/ felting patterns over to our partners in Nepal.
• We work with ~10 Nepalese crafting groups who specialise in different areas of knitting and felting.
• Please see our website for more information on our Fair Trade policy.
• Our knitters employ a range of techniques and tools to create our woolly goods. These include handknitting, hand crochet, hand framing tools, sewing machines and felt presses.
• All of our goods are made by hand with love and care by our wonderful Nepalese knitters.
