Remove all jewelry when bathing, showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Roll bracelets off wrist to make jewelry last. Let lotion, perfume and oils dry before placing jewelry.

It is best to store jewelry in plastic bags that close tight to keep air from tarnishing silver, brass or bronze.

All items will ship USPS Priority or first class mail within 24 to 48 hours with tracking number sent to you. Shipping at Mystic Pieces takes place Monday through Friday. Once your purchase is left with the Post Office, I have no control over the shipping process. I send a USPS tracking number with all of my orders and is easily found in your Etsy account. If a package has not been delivered - go to your order and click on "Track Package". This will update you on the status of your item. Or please contact me.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my handmade jewelry will arrive in a gift box or gift bag for easy gifting.

Silver jewelry: I use "Connoisseurs Jewelry Wipes" for best results. Gently wipe silver to remove tarnish. Most of my handmade pieces include natural stones, and gems. It is not suggested to place items in a liquid solution, it can cause damage to them. Some pieces are created in an "antique silver" finish that includes a black patina to look old and will not clean to look new. Bronze jewelry: Will often darken to a delicate patina that adds to its charm. Use gentle cleaning methods to avoid altering or removing the patina. Opt for mild soap and a soft cloth.

Satisfaction is my goal

My goal is to give you excellent service, quick shipping and offer a handmade product to your liking. I take great pride in my work and want you to be delighted. Before leaving an uncomplimentary review please message me for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or need a change to it. I'm happy to make it right.

Seller's description

Dancing Shiva unisex necklace.

Shiva Nataraja Necklace, a captivating representation of the complex and enigmatic character of Shiva. The brass pendant is crafted with intricate detail and showcases the dynamic dance. Featured with matte tiger eye stone representing courage, power, and protection. Tiger’s Eye also protects from the evil eye and can remove negative energies. This male or female piece includes a brass lobster clasp and 3 links to adjust size. Length is 19" to 19.5". This Mystic Pieces will delight your journey.

"Shiva, as many other important Hindu gods, is a complex character with a myriad of traits, sometimes seemingly in conflict with each other. Accordingly, in his guise as Nataraja he is represented in his triple role as Creator, Preserver and Destroyer. Shiva as a dancing figure first appeared in Indian stone temple sculpture in the 5th and 6th century CE" - worldhistory.org

Many symbolisms are represented in this dynamic rhythm and harmony of life. Nataraj with his four hands represent the cardinal directions. Standing on the dwarf which holds a cobra reminds us to watch our egotism. His matted locks are whirling as he dances within an arch of flames representing the endless cycle of birth and death. An upper hand holds an hourglass that shows the male/female principal. A lower hand has the gesture of assertion representing without fear. His third eye is symbolic of his omniscience, insight, and enlightenment. The whole idol rests on a lotus pedestal, the symbol of the creative forces of the universe.
